Privacy policy

Pursuant to Section 19(1) and (2) of Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendments to Certain Acts, where personal data relating to a data subject are collected from that data subject, the controller is obliged to provide the data subject with the following information at the time of collection:

Reason for requiring personal data:
The controller requires personal data in order to respond to the customer’s enquiry. If the requested personal data are not provided, it will not be possible to contact the customer in order to meet their requirements or handle a complaint.
Processors authorised by the controller:
None appointed.
Rights of the data subject
Data subjects whose personal data are processed by the controller have the following rights:
- to request access from the controller to personal data concerning the data subject,
- the right to rectification of personal data,
- the right to data portability,
- to withdraw their consent at any time, if it was given,
- the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic,
- the right to object to the processing of personal data.
If personal data are processed unlawfully, the reason for processing no longer exists, or the data subject has withdrawn consent to the processing of their personal data, the data subject has:
- the right to erasure of personal data,
- the right to restriction of processing of personal data.
